Traditional Built In Wardrobes

For this particular project, we designed bespoke wardrobes and cupboards for a home to maximise space and create attractive design features. Making the most of hard-to-use areas and transforming a well-loved room, each unit was made-to-measure to fit various dimensional requirements. For a style that lasts a lifetime, birchwood ply and tulipwood were used.

Set within a period home with exposed wood beams and sloped ceilings, this design sympathetically melded around the character and charm of the existing space. Featuring various wardrobe spaces, a built-in seat and custom-made mirror, it ensured every inch was harnessed for practicality and style. To complement the winsome feel of the property and enhance the sense of space, staggered heights were incorporated throughout the design and the wardrobes were hand-painted in an off-white hue. Doors were finished with classic brass knobs, while statement glass panelling added a tasteful touch and the opportunity to showcase belongings and pieces of art. Completely custom built, this design can be adapted and created with different woods and storage arrangements.
